What is moving when we dream? What do we miss when we blink?
What is this flow inside, the flux within, where does it pour?
Never same water, mouth of the river, meeting the ocean, sea, thirst, tear; tear apart, tear down.
Swimming inside that body, up and down, right and left, to the shore, to the skin, floating.
Through the pores, in and out, in again, within again. Without. Input / Output. Flowing senses inside-out and vice-versa. A great storm.

Water Wind With-out is a series of 15+1 moving image works put together exclusively for Royal Baden to highlight the connection of the flow of the thermal water in the city of Baden to the flow of people reclaiming their living space. Without depicting the very city of Baden, it is related to the fluid movement around us and inside of us. It consists of imagery of natural and cultural elements along with images of the artist’s brain veins. An experimental collage of the flux beneath and beyond the borderline of the skin, -to paraphrase Frank Amthor- between what is us and what is not us.
